This is a quiet and walkable neighborhood close to public parks, shopping, dining, and free concerts at St. Mary's Park - right down the block. ​If you play tennis I have a few rackets, there are tennis courts at St. Mary's Park, as well as basketball courts. There are even court dances in the summer!

Aunt Rose's 4 bedrooms sleep 10 in 10 twin xl beds. The 14" Twin XL mattresses can be joined into Kings size beds when requested. The Bunkhouse has high speed WiFI, keyless entry door locks, central air and heat, security cameras on the outside of the house.

Here you will find 2 living rooms with Smart TV's. The First Floor Livingroom has a gas fireplace, double recliner couch, two separate recliners, as well as a small desk with a chair for work or web-time. Ironing Board and an Iron. The basement living room has a couch and a love seat as well as a dry-bar with 6 bar stools. There is a 50” smart TV and a sound system.The Bunkhouse has 2 full kitchens that are fully stocked with: Pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, cooking knives, dishware, utensils, dishcloths, dishtowels, 12 cup coffee pot, refrigerator with freezer, 2 dishwashers, toasters, gas stove in the first floor and electric range in the basement. The First Floor Bathroom has a tub and a shower. We supply linens, and enough paper products and soaps to get you through a brief visit, or started on a longer stay. The basement has a tall shower, and a separate bathroom with a sink and stool. Propane Grill in the backyard.

Don't get caught in the dark! This home has a whole house standby natural gas-powered Standby Generator. If the power goes out, you can continue with your activities as if nothing happened and stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.  This is a smoke free house.

We have an enclosed back porch with a table for the smoking area. The house amenities are as depicted in the listing; however, they may be subject to change due to updates. We strive to maintain the highest quality and ensure that your experience is enjoyable. Extra tables (up to 2) and chairs, as well as highchair or booster chair, pack and play, children's dinnerware and more can be supplied by request. The Bunkhouse is located just 6 blocks from downtown Monroe, 15 minutes from Sterling State Park, Enrico Fermi II Power Plant, and 2 miles from Detroit Edison Coal Power Plant. We are 20 min to DTW airport, Dundee, and Toledo OH, and about a 40 Minute drive to Ann Arbor.
