Welcome to the Two Bedroom Lower
This home is located located just 6 blocks from down town Monroe. We are located approximately 15 minutes from Sterling State Park, Enrico Fermi  II Power Plant and Detroit Edison Coal Power Plant. Located just a short 45 Minute drive to Detroit, 20 Minutes from Toledo OH and about a 40 Minute drive to Ann Arbor.  This is a very quiet and walkable neighborhood close to everything from Groceries  to public parks a Library  and in the summer frequent free concerts and events in the ST Mary's Park right in Downtown Monroe.

Aunt Rose's Duplex features:

In the Landry Room you will find a Apartment over under washer dryer, with some detergent and dryer sheets and other cleaning supplies  to get you started.
 
The Kitchen is equipped with hand mixer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator / freezer, electric range, crock pot, cook and bakeware, dinnerware, kitchen linens, paper towels, napkins, an assortment of cooking utensils. Soaps and paper products are there to get you through a short stay or started on a longer visit.

The Front Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, Roku TV, and your towels and washcloths.
 
The living room has a pull out sofa with a small full bed, the sheets are on the bed and the blankets will be in the ottoman. Also we have a  Roku 50" TV, seating for 3, TV trays, books, and games. The Nest Thermostat is in the living room to the right of the table and the Fire Extinguisher is wall mounted as well. This room also has a Ceiling fan with lights. 
 
The bathroom has a handicap walk in shower, toilet, sink, blow drier, first aid kit, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and some Q-Tips and cotton balls to get you started.  â€‹â€‹

This no smoking house has an ashtray for butts only. No wrappers please. We also have lawn furniture out back as well as a propane grill.
There are also two trashcans to the left of the house, trash goes out to the front curb on Tuesday Nights, there is no recycling.
