Welcome to the Two Bedroom Cottage in Dundee, MI

2 bedroom cottage
This home is located about .05 miles from down the Village of Dundee. We are located approximately 30 minutes from Sterling State Park, Enrico Fermi II Power Plant and Detroit Edison Coal Power Plant. Located just a short 60 Minute drive to Detroit, 20 Minutes from Toledo OH and about a 30 Minute drive to Ann Arbor.  This is a very quiet and walkable neighborhood close to everything from Groceries to public parks and in the summer frequent free concerts and events in the city center just in downtown Dundee. 
This location has 1000 up 1000 down Fiber Internet WiFi, features electronic programable locks,  central air and heat and security cameras on the outside of the home along with the following.
The well stocked kitchen you will find a hand mixer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator / freezer, electric range, crock pot can opener. You will also find basic spices and seasonings cookware, bakeware, utensils, and more.

The backdoor opens to the laundry room. In here you will find a regular size washer and dryer along with a plastic service sink. The back door is also located here and the propane grill and trash can are located right out this door against the back of the house. 
Both bedrooms have Queen Size rceiling fans, closet, dresser, large closets, and a nightstand with a lamp, and a chair. You will find your towels and wash cloths for the bathroom in a basket. 
The living room has a love seat and a day bed with a full-size bed on top and a trundle pull out bed that's a twin. We also have a Roku TV on a wall mount that swivels.
The bathroom has a standard tub with a shower, toilet, sink, blow drier, first aid kit, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and some Q-Tips and cotton balls to get you started.  
The kitchen features a gas stove with cooking and baking pans, dishware as well as appliances. See the photos below!
In back is a patio with outdoor furniture, as well as a fire ring.
